Refer to various posts on Bridges, Buggies and Boardwalks (includes Railway Lines) that I come across during my hikes and travels.
Prologue: Here is a fun series showcasing unique or interesting bridges; charming vehicles that I pictured with; boardwalks that I came across during my hikes or jaunts; and railway lines giving a perfect backdrop for my photoshoots.
In the month of July, when my youngest brother and his family were visiting me, we took a small trip to the Amish Village in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. There we visited the Strasburg Railroad and took a ride aboard the historic steam train. It was a beautiful ride.
Naturally, I had to pose with the train.

And my sister-in-law Sumina also joined me to pose.

My brother and SIL did a reverse DDLJ (Hindi Indian language movie Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge) scene and then comically they parted away instead of originally both getting on the running train. 😛

Here is an inside view of one of the cabins that we boarded. Certainly takes us back in time.

Finally the ladies of Devershetty family posing in front of the train (missing one of them).
