Prologue: Have you ever looked at a clock tower and wondered why one was constructed in the first place? This series is for those grand clocks sitting atop a tower or hanging on to a tower wall facing the town and proudly proclaiming the time. I would love to go inside and see the mechanics, but not always possible.
Surprisingly the Hersheypark building comes with its very own clocktower. It’s at the entrance to the chocolate factory. When we visited in July, Hershey’s was celebrating 50 years and aptly we took a picture in front it with the clocktower in the background.
