Prologue: This series brings forth fashion and style from my wardrobe. These could be a little different way of styling the clothing or wearing something with unique design or repurposed fabric or sometimes simply reusing something for a different purpose.
For this year’s Cricket World Cup (2023), I got the official t-shirt for this championship for me and my father. Any matches played by India, my dad wears this shirt. The world cup began on Oct 5th and the finals will be played on Nov 19th. However the key and most awaited match between India and Pakistan – the most intense sports rivalries in the world – occurred on Oct 14 2023.
India won the match with this making the 8th win (8-0) for India against Pakistan in One-Day Internationals (ODI) at any World Cup so far. An impressive achievement by India. Will they be in finals is something to wait and watch. However, here we are celebrating the victory over Pakistan with the winning shot behind on the screen, sporting the official team shirt.
