Prologue: A fun series that documents my travels.
Day 3 and we still had no access to beach due to huge waves, so we ended up going to the Botanical Garden. It wouldn’t have been any different than any other with lots of local flora and fauna, but we found it really interesting and got to see some local life. I will begin with the flora first.
Here we are at the beginning of the garden.
Some of the flora we saw: Agave plants, Cactus everywhere, Cacao trees, a greenhouse, these weird plants with fleshy and hairy long leaves; and finally us three ladies under the canopy of flowers. We also saw some symbiotic plants thriving together.
And here I am with their beautiful Lilypad, it’s really a lotus pad. 🙂 Very pretty.
