For posts on various restaurants that I visited, go here.
Prologue: May 10th is National Small Business Day. One of those are these cute little mom and pop restaurants or locally owned cafes and dive-ins. This series brings forth those little nuggets of places that I visit for my meals.
The lunch time during the city tour took us to Destilado de Agave, a distillery, where we had tequila tasting that is authentically processed from Blue Agave. This was followed by lunch.
Verdictum: Pretty location, loved the presenter for tequila tasting, but food had less vegetarian options and quite pricey. We managed but shouldn’t be like that.

Here are my 2 cents:
First Impressions:
Lovely decorations with flair of Mexico everywhere.

We even got to see a broken helicopter in the yard as a piece of décor. And also saw a hanging swing made of natural twigs and twines blending into the nature.

Enjoyed the tequila tasting even though I drank little, presenter was really funny.

Food was a bit disappointing as we had less vegetarian options and for those who wanted to eat meat in our circle felt the food pricey.

We were thrilled to have our very own live music by one of their Mexican singers. Never understood the language but the music was melodious. You can see why in the video snippet below.

Amelioration:
Wish the food was less pricey and had more vegetarian options.
