Prologue: A fun series that documents my travels.
This was a terrifying trip for me. Almost cancelled at the last minute, what with all the flights downing and people losing lives. Finally the day of travel I decided to go and went to meet my first mentor at work and who had become a really good friend after. On Day 1 we checked out the Gulf Shores beach, a place called as “Small Town, Big Beach”. Then we saw a museum that didn’t allow us to take pics inside. :P. Took on a round of mini golf at the Pirates Island. Saw my very first Mardi Gras Parade. And finished off the day with dinner at the Wharf. It was a full day, and we were tired after reaching home. 😛
