For posts on various restaurants that I visited, go here.
Prologue: May 10th is National Small Business Day. One of those are these cute little mom and pop restaurants or locally owned cafes and dive-ins. This series brings forth those little nuggets of places that I visit for my meals.
For my milestone B’Day and my brother’s following week, I went to visit my brother in Fremont, California. For my birthday lunch, my nephews took me to this place called Go Chaatzz, specializing in authentic India chaat menu – Street food. They especially offer vegetarian food that excludes some of the underground vegetables in order to preserve small insects, microorganisms, and the plants themselves – essentially planet themselves. They have also desi-fied many items that we see in Non-Indian cuisine restaurants like Tacos, Pasta, Sundaes, etc.

Verdictum: Yummy food, Desi-décor and above all quality time with my nephews.
I loved the wait the entire wall was decorated with what they offer in the form of plaques.

One of the wall plaque displays why there are 9 reasons to love this food.

Another wall mural shows some of the cuisines we see in India.

They have very yummy menu and make fresh sugarcane juice, that we seldom get here where I live.
