Events: Rome & Juliet Show, Hartford, CT

Prologue: Another blog post highlighting all kinds of festivals and events be it Indian or American or anything else. 🙂 Sometimes I include shows too.

The Hartford Stage is for celebrating the theater’s cultural and economic significance on the city. A friend of mine took me to watch Romeo & Juliet show since her daughter was reading the book in her school. I have seen several versions of the book in English, Hindi (= Indian Language) and Telugu (= Indian Language). But, never actually seen or read the original version. So it was fun to watch them play it out. We weren’t able to take pictures of the actual show but before and after we could. Carmen Berkley played the part of Juliet while Niall Cunningham played Romeo. Both had leading / main roles in several TV shows as well.
