Prologue: May 10th is National Small Business Day. One of those are these cute little mom and pop restaurants or locally owned cafes and dive-ins. This series brings forth those little nuggets of places that I visit for my meals.
After a disappointment visit to the museum in Willimantic, CT (because it was closed since the School / College was closed), we went to Cava for our lunch in Newington, CT. It is close to Chipotle and loved the options they have. The classic pita chips were wonderful.
Verdictum: Similar to Chipotle with different menu and excellent pita chip here.
