This song is from 2010 India-Telugu language action comedy film Adhurs (= Marvelous). The song is pictured on N. T. Rama Rao Jr. and Nayanthara, for the music composed by Devi Sri Prasad, lyrics penned by Ramajogayya Sastry and sung by Rita with N. T. Rama Rao Jr. himself giving some vocals.
