Prologue: May 10th is National Small Business Day. One of those are these cute little mom and pop restaurants or locally owned cafes and dive-ins. This series brings forth those little nuggets of places that I visit for my meals.
This was another restaurant (Mexican Restaurant I think) here and it is changed to Café Presto now. On an evening out we were thinking of two other restaurants and either they were closed or wait time was more than an hour. So we opted to go here. It had mixed reviews. Yet we tried. I must say it was available because there was only one other table than us and it was a Friday night. The server took too long to deliver the food. May be they are understaffed. Mocktails are mediocre and entrees were ok, nothing memorable. We did not order dessert. We felt it highly priced for the mediocre food. Anyway we got an evening out of it.
Verdictum: Mediocre food, lousy service and we felt steep priced. Not sure if I will go again.
