This song is from the 1982 Indian Hindi-language action multi-starrer film Khud-daar (= Self-Respecting). Music was composed by Rajesh Roshan while the Lyrics were penned by Majrooh Sultanpuri. Sung by Kishore Kumar and Lata Mangeshkar.
Mithun Chakraborty, one of the lead actor for the film was a guest in the TVs reality show involving singers in that particular episode where this song was sung again. The movie was remade in Indian Tamil-language as Padikkadhavan in 1985 and in Indian Telugu-language as Driver Babu in 1986
