In 2021, as part of West Hartford Bear Fair initiative, the WestFarms mall in West Hartford, Connecticut had these plethora of bear sculptures displayed all over the mall. Each bear sculpture represented either a charity organization or some kind of health and environment related promotion. They all looked cute and strangely reminded me of the Bear-People from Nalini Singh’s Psy-Changeling series of books.
