During our jaunts at the Isla Cuale in Puerto Vallarta, we came across this guy who was selling tender coconuts. Having been so long had any of it, we all grabbed at the chance. The seller poured the water in a plastic back, tied it and inserted a straw and gave it us, a quick pick me up bottle. 😛 Then he scooped the coconut and mixed it with some spices and handed it back to us in the shell of the coconut, a natural bowl. A total experience that we not only enjoyed but cherished as well.
