Recommendation: It’s an interesting touch for an average romance story between the servant and the Sergeant with the coin taking the center stage.
Poppy’s Coin is the second novella in the Mirror, Mirror anthology book published in September of 2013 by Mary Blaney. Nora published her novella with two of her recurring authors – Mary Blayney and Mary Kay McComas and two new authors – Elaine Fox and R. C. Ryan. T

Mary Blaney also thanks to Tom Langon like Nora Roberts. I wonder who is he. Although Goodreads.com does not list this under Poppy’s Coin, this is one of the books under that series according to Mary Blaney’s site here.
In the novella Love Endures (as part of Suite 606 Novella), Mary Blaney has her character Summer give the coin to her maid Carroll. But in this book we see that our heroine Martha had it since she worked for Earl Weston in London, some nine years ago. Martha uses that coin to solve everyone’s wishes along the way including her friend Ellen, and her wish is still not granted.
Martha did work for Brittany in the fourth novella of this series titled The Other Side of the Coin where Brittany and her spouse Harry exchange bodies.
It is set in Regency like all her book in this series. It’s an interesting touch for an average romance story between the servant and the Sergeant with the coin taking the center stage.
Spoiler Alerts:
1. Grammatical / Character / Plot / Geographical / Historical / Mythological Errors:
a. On Pg. 139, Mary Blaney mentions that Martha went to Ellen and John's cottage. But on Line #5 from bottom, she calls Ellen as Mary.
