This Song is from 1950 Indian Hindi-language drama film Samsara (= Family). The film was later remade in Indian Tamil-language with the same name, in Indian Hindi-language as Sansar and in Indian Malayalam-language as Ayodhya (1975).
Music was composed by Susarla Dakshinamurthy to the Lyrics penned by Vempati Sadasivabrahmam, Sung by P. Leela. There is so much meaning in this song that a mom sings a lullaby to her son while projecting the facts of the country and brining him up to be a good citizen. Now-a-days we don’t get these songs or llullabies.
