This song is from the 1969 Indian Hindi-language musical romantic drama film Aradhana (= Worship). Originally released in Indian Hindi – language and dubbed in Indian Bengali-language, this movie’s huge success led to two remakes: the Indian Tamil – Language film Sivagamiyin Selvan (1974) and the Indian Telugu – language film Kannavari Kalalu (1974). The theme of the movie was based on the 1946 American film To Each His Own. I posted a few songs before. This is another one from the same movie.
Music was composed by S. D. Burman to the Lyrics penned by Anand Bakshi. Sung by Kishore Kumar and Lata Mageshkar.
