This song is from the 1980 Indian Hindi-language action drama film Dostana (= Friendship). It was remade in Indian Tamil-language as Sattam (1983).
Music was composed by the duo Laxmikant–Pyarelal to the lyrics penned by Anand Bakshi. Sung by Kishore Kumar, Mohammed Rafi. This is again in two versions.
