Cosmic Wonder: Some sky treats on the way to Fremont, CA

On the way from LA to Fremont while visiting my brothers in CA, we got to view a whole rainbow as it was raining. The sunset was also splendid that followed.

First Supermoon of the year – Harvest Moon

Today is the first Supermoon of the three consecutive Supermoons. It is called Harvest Moon and is closer to Autumnal Equinox. And very rare to happen in October. This is called Sharad Poornima from where I come.

For all the posts in the Wild Paradise Series, go here. At the Lavender Pond Farm apart from the Lavender bushes we saw a lot of daisies around. They were crowded with bees at some places.

Wild Paradise: Roses at Elizabeth Gardens, Hartford, CT

For all the posts in the Wild Paradise Series, go here. I never get tired of visiting Elizabeth Garden. This time my friend took me to visit Roses there. I see purple roses too that I saw in CA. There are so many and eyes are not sufficient nor the pictures give the desired charm.
