Why is this on your bucket list again? Asked every single friend who knew about the Penguin Plunge I took in March (2023) for my company who were sponsoring this for Special Olympics. Yes, it has been on my list for a looooong time. Finally I did it, although I only wait till my waist into the frigid cold water. Glad I didn’t do this in January and did it in March instead. 😛
Two of my friends did it with me as well and one supported us to cheer and be our photographer. This was the only day that week when temperatures went as low as 35F with water being another 10F lower. Go Figure 🙂
